*Youth-Led Enterprise, Community-Backed Impact*
At PSPK, we believe change begins when youth are empowered to lead. From October to December 2024, our youth-led initiative — *Your 3B Formula: Bake, Brand & Biz* — trained *100 young participants, especially young women in Selayang Baru, with **hands-on baking skills and entrepreneurial tools* to launch home-based and online businesses.
This project, spearheaded by the *Bites n’ Beans Cafe youth team*, was fully supported by PSPK’s ecosystem — from facilities to mentorship — and backed by Impact Malaysia, Kolej Komuniti Selayang, Yayasan UniKL, and KRT Selayang Baru A.
